For one low price of $385CD/year we provide you with the services you need to keep your home equipment working smoothly.
Our offering includes:
- 4 phone support calls every quarter during regular business hours
- 10 email support calls every quarter with a four hour guaranteed response
- 1 on site home computer and network audit (up to 3 computers and within Calgary city limits) or computer rebuild (you are responsible for all shipping)
- 1 license of ESET anti virus and 1 license of PC Tune-Up
- our base Web hosting package
- unlimited access to our support knowledge base
Business Support
For one low price of $1995CD/year we provide you with the services you need to keep your office equipment working smoothly.
Our offering includes:
- 20 phone support calls every quarter during regular business hours
- unlimited email support calls with a two hour guaranteed response
- 4 on site office computer and network audits (up to 10 computers and within Calgary city limits) or computer rebuilds (you are responsible for all shipping)
- 5 licenses of ESET anti virus and 5 licenses of PC Tune-Up
- our enhanced Web hosting package
- unlimited access to our support knowledge base

Both of the above packages optionally include the following:
